BJP terms Kejriwal allegations against Modi and Shah as

BJP today termed the allegations levelled by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and its President Amit Shah as "senseless and baseless."
BJP National Secretary Shrikant Sharma said Kejriwal is in the habit of making such "senseless" statements and is not able to "fulfill" promises made during the election campaign.
Terming 'Talk to AK' as media event, Sharma said while Kejriwal had campaigned against corruption in Ramlila Maidan, he is "trying to protect the corrupt".
"He is running from his primary responsibility of managing problems faced by people like sanitation, hospitals, water logging. He should stop making baseless allegations and start work," Sharma said.

He said Kejriwal had a loss of face when people whom he was trying to protect - Jitender Singh Tomar, Somnath Bharti and his Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar - had a brush with law.
Kejriwal had today accused the Modi dispensation of turning its ties with Delhi government into an "India-Pakistan" type situation and said absence of obstacles would have helped him achieve four times of what has been done so far in the city.
In the first edition of his 'Talk to AK' show, seen as an attempt to increase Aam Aadmi Party's national connect, Kejriwal touched upon a number of contentious issue including appointment of 21 Parliamentary Secretaries, arrest of a top bureaucrat by CBI and transfer of officers even as he taunted the Prime Minister saying, he was the "only corrupt Chief Minister in the country in the eyes of" Narendra Modi.

The Delhi Chief Minister had alleged that the Centre was trying to "break" the AAP government and that BJP President Amit Shah was "micromanaging" CBI, adding, "but every dog has his day and all these will soon come to an end.
