BJP will take out four marches to connect with the people of Haryana during its state-wide campaign for the upcoming Assembly polls.
The marches will be launched by senior leaders of the party's central unit. They would target "anti-people policies" of the ruling Congress government of the state, Haryana BJP spokesman Veer Kumar Yadav said in a statement here.
The first march will be flagged off by national party chief Amit Shah from Mahendergarh and would be led by state BJP chief Ram Bilas Sharma, Union Ministers Rao Inderjit Singh and Krishan Pal Gujjar, he said.
It would cover 23 assembly seats of Mahendergarh, Rewari, Gurgaon, Mewat, Faridabad and Palwal districts.
Similarly the second Yatra, that will cover assembly segments of Panchkula, Ambala, Yamuna Nagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal and Panipat districts, would be led by Anil Vij, leader of the Haryana BJP legislature party, three party MP's Rattan Lal Kataria, Raj Kumar Saini and Ashwani Chopra.
Likewise the third Yatra, that would start from Bhiwani and cover the assembly constituencies of Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Rohtak and Sonepat districts, would be headed by two MP's Dharambir and Ramesh Kaushik as well as Om Prakash Dhankar, national president of the Kisan Morcha of the BJP.
The fourth Yatra, which would pass through the assembly segments of Sirsa, Hisar, Fatehabad, Jind and Kaithal districts, would be led by Capt Abhimanyu, national spokesman of the party and former state party president Prof Ganeshi Lal.
