Due to the protest, the international bus service plying between Lahore and Delhi was affected as the bus coming from Lahore side skipped Phagwara and was diverted through Kartarpur, Kapurthala, Nakodar, Noormehal, Barapind and Phillaur, sources said.
However, the bus coming from Delhi side, which was running about an hour behind the diverted bus, would go via its normal route to Lahore, the sources said.
