Boy killed, girl hospitalised as couple attempts suicide

A youth died while a girl has been hospitalised after the couple threw themselves before a moving train in Parkahm village here, police said today.
Hari Om Thakur(22) and Babita (20) attempted suicide yesterday as their parents were against their marriage because they belonged to different castes. The boy succumbed to his injuries while the girl is hospitalised in Agra, RKS Rathor, SSP said.
Police has registered a case of suicide, though the boy's father has alleged that the boy has been murdered, he said.
