The 41-year-old star visited his own alma mater, Georgetown University, where the wedding took place, and congratulated the couple, reported E! Online.
"Here's a sneak peek from Meg and Nick's private ceremony this past weekend! Their friend, Bradley Cooper, was visiting Georgetown and made sure to congratulate the newlyweds as they walked around campus," the wedding photographer said.
The actor recently surprised pop star Lady Gaga at "Saturday Night Live" (SNL), who was slated to perform as the show's musical guest.
"LOOK who showed up to watch me perform! what a guy. Talkin' creative and enjoying some backstage fun," Gaga wrote on Instagram.
