The superstars' florist revealed the couple will finally seal the deal a week after the Cannes Film Festival in May, reported Grazia magazine.
Lucille Michel claimed the animals will welcome the wedding party before the pair exchange vows at a small chapel on their Chateau Miraval estate in the South of France.
"Guests will travel past water fountains and Shetland ponies leaping as they go up the two-mile long drive to the house," Michel said.
Along with the ponies, the couple's kids have nagged them to ship in eight elephants to represent each member of the famous Brangelina clan.
"They want the wedding to take place just before sunset, so that as they say their vows the church will fill with fabulous red, orange and yellow light. The lawns have all got new sprinkler systems in, so they'll be green and lush for the big day."
Pitt has already been back at his family's French home to make sure the grounds are given the perfect make over.
