According to ACB, Malvi had demanded, through her assistant Gadkari, Rs 40,000 from the complainant for granting him alternative land in the city.
ACB trapped Gadkari while receiving Rs 16,000 from the complainant today, said superintendent of police Digambar Pradhan.
