The hip hop moguls have revealed they started working on a script for the project after watching last year's N.W.A. biopic "Straight Outta Compton", reported ABC News.
"My brother told me... Everything we've ever did (sic) - and I got 20 plus years selling records - nothing we ever did is worth more than that script," Birdman said.
"I'm excited about the script. That's something I really want to do. I think that Dr. Dre and Ice Cube are geniuses for what they have done and accomplished (with Straight Outta Compton). For them to do that (movie) and to make it trend-setting, they opened doors for us, and I think that what we have is way more special because we're in modern times."
