BSF jawan washed away in flash-flood

A BSF jawan was washed away today in a flash-flood and his body was later recovered in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
Jagdish Singh, a jawan of 112 battalion of BSF, was washed away after the water level in a nullah suddenly swelled up in Biela area of Mandi in Poonch district early this morning, BSF officers said.
The body was later recovered and sent to his native village in Rajasthan, they said.
