"The government has done jugglery on various aspects in the Budget, including tampering with the growth rate and used wrong methods to gauge the previous year's growth records," Munde told reporters here.
"Since the run up to the Assembly polls, they have been talking about a toll free Maharashtra. But this Budget too, does not speak anything about abolishing toll taxes," he said.
Munde further claimed that as per the estimates of road construction to be done in the upcoming year, people in the state would have to pay toll taxes amounting to Rs 1,07,000 crore.
He further said that farmers have been "cheated" with this Budget and the government is going against their interests.
"Lakhs of crores have been allotted for urban development but not as much for rural development. The government is doing discrimination with people in rural areas. This government is nothing short of a magician that does magic and jugglery with facts and figures," Munde said.
