The session will begin amid tight security from tomorrow, an official spokesman said, adding, Governor N N Vohra would address a joint session in the Central Hall of JK Legislature Complex Main Hall tomorrow at 10.30 am.
The session is expected to witness uproar by Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP), People's Democratic Party (PDP), BJP and CPI(M) members.
JKNPP has decided to gherao the Assembly premises to demand dismissal of the NC-Congress government.
"There are lots of issues - from corruption to failure of governance on all fronts - and we will raise them vociferously," a PDP spokesman said.
Speaker Mubarak Gul, who chaired an all-party meeting, said that he would provide ample time and opportunities to the legislators to highlight public-centric issues for seeking redressal of problems confronting people.
Legislators assured their full cooperation in the smooth conduct of the session at the meeting.
The budget session, last one of the present Omar-government, is likely to be 36 days long.
