The theft came to light this morning when owner of Chitranjan boutique Minakshi Sinha found it ransacked with cloth materials and other valuables looted, they said.
Sinha alleged that robbers looted cloth material worth Rs 4-lakh and Rs 12,000 in cash from her boutique, police said.
A case has been registered in this connection at the Kavi Nagar Police Station and police have initiated a probe into it.
