Burglary at official's residence

The incident, which took place in Lodhi Colony, came to light when neighbours noticed in the evening that someone has broken into the house. The victim has been identified as Pradeep Joshi (56) who works in the Ministry.

Joshi left for office in the morning while his wife had gone to attend a function in the afternoon. She had left the keys with her relatives in the same colony.

The house was ransacked and jewellery and some cash were found missing.
