Bus passenger dies after hit by stone thrown from outside

Pulak Banerjee died in RG Kar Medical College and Hospital late last night after being admitted with serious head injury, the police said.

Banerjee was going home from Science City in a bus of route 202 and the incident happened when the unknown man threw the stone towards the speeding bus, sources said.

The cause of the person's throwing stone at the bus is unclear and nobody was arrested till now, the police said.
