Cal HC vacates stay on compensation for kin of hooch victims

A division bench comprising Chief Justice J N Patel and Justice Joymalyo Bagchi directed the state to put the money in Monthly Income Scheme (MIS) of the postal department in the names of the next in kin of the victims to ensure that the money was not wasted.
