A car rammed into the signboard outside the Election Commission office this morning, police said.
The incident occurred at 4 am. The car was coming from Dhaula Kuan, they said.
Police said the man at the wheel lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into the signboard outside the Election Commission after knocking down police barricades.
The man told police that it was an automatic car, and he was still learning to drive it, the officer said.
