Car festival from tomorrow

'Kodiyal Theru,' the annual car festival at the Sree Venkataramana temple at Car Street in the city would begin tomorrow.
The six-day festival would start with the 'dhwajarohana' (flag hoisting) ceremony tomorrow morning and conclude with the 'Avabhrithotsava' on January 27, a release here said.
Senior pontiff at Kashi Mutt Samastan Samyameendra Theertha Swamiji would camp at the temple from January 25 to 28 to lead the celebrations and rituals to be conducted, it said.
