Cara Delevingne has quipped one thing that is common between her and her dog is that they both suffer from Attention Deficit and Hypersensitivity Disorder (ADHD).
The 25-year-old model appeared on "This Morning" to discuss mental health and the stigma around it, when her pet Leo, who accompanied her to the sets of the show, decided to gatecrash the interview.
Delevingne was in conversation with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, when her mixed breed canine started running all over the studio, even jumping up on the sofa.
"He's got ADHD like I have," she joked.
The "Suicide Squad" star spoke about mental health, saying that she is in a better space right now but there was a time when she found it difficult to express her feelings.
"I'm not in hell now. The things that stick with all of us the most are the darker times, the more traumatic times. Those are some of the points I remember the most.
"I didn't know how to communicate my emotions. I was very ashamed of the way I felt. I had a very privileged upbringing, I was very lucky, I went to an amazing school," Delevingne said.
The model, who has been vocal about suffering from depression, said that there were moments when she wanted to give up.
"And then the guilt of feeling that way and not being able to tell anyone because I shouldn't feel that way and I shouldn't feel bad. It's the guilt," she added.
Delevingne was on the show to promote her teen book, "Mirror Mirror", inspired from her personal life.
