The city-based company had reported consolidated net profit at Rs 5.99 crore in the year ago period, it said in a BSE filing.
For the nine month period ended December 31, the net profit declined by 14.9 per cent to Rs 68.95 crore from Rs 81.08 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The total income of the company for the third quarter ended December 31, rose to Rs 520.49 crore from Rs 449.01 crore.
The Board of Directors have recommended an interim dividend of Rs 0.75 per share (on face value of Re 1 each per share), it said.
Shares of the company today closed down by 1.61 per cent at Rs 137.55 apiece on the BSE.
