Cases registerd aganst constables for slapping engineer

Cases were registered against two traffic constables who allegedly slapped a 24-year-old engineer while vehicle checking here today.
Vimal Kumar was rushed to Government Rajaji Hospital when blood oozed from his ear after they slapped him, police said.
No arrests were made in this connection, police said.
