Caustic soda declines on fall in demand from industrial units
Caustic soda prices were trading down by Rs 50 per 50 kgs at the wholesale chemical market in the national capital today owing to a fall in demand from consuming industries against increased arrivals from producing regions.
Caustic soda flake fell Rs 50 to Rs 2,400-2,500 per 50 kgs.
Traders said subdued demand from consuming industries against increased arrivals from producing regions mainly pulled down caustic soda prices.
