The court of special CBI judge Shyam Lal rejected their petition and set April 29 as the next date of hearing.
Meanwhile, in another case related to NRHM scam, the CBI yesterday produced two witnesses before a special court.
While Directorate of Family Welfare, Accountant Jitender Nath Mishra made his statement before the court of special CBI judge Shyam Lal, Amaresh Kumar assistant manager of UP Udyog Vikas Nigam is yet to complete his statement.
