The second set saw both players slowing down a bit and engaged in long rallies with Mohit forcing his rival to several deuces on latter's serve, but couldn't quite capitalize on it as Chandril with a twin break, coasted to a 6-2 victory.
Chandril simply hung on to to his lead to forge ahead at 4-2 and later kept his serve intact in the crucial 10th game and sealed the set, match and title.
"This is my best win of the season and Mohit, is such a good hitter and I am pleased with my performance," Chandril said.
