The Special Task Force of Uttar Pradesh police arrested Indra Kumar Chowdhury, Lakhan Gupta, Mohammad Asif and Arshad Ali yesterday in Gorakhpur, about 270 kms from here, official sources said.
During interrogation, the accused told police that they used to bring charas from Nepal and supplied it in different parts of the country, sources said.
