A child development project officer (CDPO) and a supervisor of child development department have been suspended and services of an anganwadi worker were terminated on the order of nodal officer here for alleged laxity in duties.
Amethi commissioner of trade tax and nodal officer Kaminee Ratan Chauhan chaired a 'chaupal' at village Savitapur. Dissatisfied with the development of the department, she ordered action against the concerned staff.
After this, CDPO Pratibha Pandey, supervisor Kamlesh Kumari were suspended and services of anganwadi worker Pushpa Singh were terminated on Thursday.
Chauhan directed all the government employees to do their best or be prepared to face action.
