Chirag demands setting up of National Youth Commission

Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Lok Sabha MP Chirag Paswan today pitched for setting up of a National Youth Commission for resolution of problem and to undertake issues pertaining to their constructive development.
"National Commission for youths should be set up to look after the issues relating to youths. The Commission will work for constructive development of youths besides resolving their problems like unemployment," Chirag Paswan, son of Union minister Ramvilas Paswan, told reporters here during a press meet.
Chirag, who is also the party's Parliamentary Board Chairman, said that he had already submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister for the setting up a Commission for youths.

On Lalu Prasad's allegation of Nitish Kumar government's involvement in Srijan scam, he asked "how can a person convicted in fodder scam case level charges against Nitish Kumar who has a steadfast policy of zero tolerance towards corruption?".
No one would be spared in Srijan scam related to fraudulent tranfer of government money to a NGO at any cost, Chirag added.
Prasad indulged in "Pariwarwad" (family politics) and ruled the state for years by dividing the society on caste and religious lines, the Jamui MP said and added that cities like Delhi and Mumbai are developed because they are not divided on such lines.

While replying to a query that Tejashwi Prasad Yadav had said that Nitish's Kumar's JD(U) status has now reduced to the status LJP in Bihar after breaking its ties with RJD, he said "Tejashwi's party will be wiped out in the next Lok Sabha and assembly elections as RJD's tally had grown because of Nitish Kumar".
Chirag said that there was no such need to review reservation policy.
He also favoured job reservation quota in the private sector.
