Chouhan meets Governor; stakes claim to form govt in MP

BJP Legislature Party Leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan today met Madhya Pradesh Governor Ram Naresh Yadav to stake claim to form government in the state.
Soon after getting elected as BJP's Legislature Party leader Chouhan, along with the Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj, BJP General Secretary In-charge of Madhya Pradesh Anant Kumar and state BJP president Narendra Singh Tomar reached the Raj Bhawan to tell the Governor about his election as the party leader, BJP sources said.
Following this, the Governor extended an invitation to him to form the government in the state, Raj Bhawan sources added.
