Tran recently posted a picture of the new ring, which is said to be gifted by the 25-year-old rapper, on her photo-sharing webiste, reported TMZ.
However, Tran, 26, did not mention anything about engagement but they were spotted leaving from a Playhouse nightclub in Hollywood recently.
Brown and Tran dated on-and-off over the past few years and they split again few weeks ago after the 'With You' hitmaker accused her of cheating on him, while he was in jail.
