The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) would recruit 4000 jawans, a top official of the paramilitary force said today.
Besides the recruitment, the Central Industrial Security Force would also have a new firing range in Bokaro, CISF Director General Arvind Ranjan told reporters here.
The ongoing training of CISF jawans are of the level that are given to NSG, BSF, STF and BSF, he said, adding the jawans are also being trained to fire blind-fold.
To a query on coal theft in Jharkhand's coal belt, Ranjan said he would look into it during his next visit.
