Khattar said the complaints would reach directly to the office of Chief Minister. People should mention their phone number, email id and address in their complaint letters so that they could be called at the time of redressal of their grievances, he added.
Speaking at a 'Khula Darbar' programme at Kurukhsetra today, where he received about 900 applications from the public, Khattar said, earlier, people used to visit Chandigarh for the redressal of their grievances, but now the new system has been formulated to ensure that information about redressal of the complaints reaches the doorsteps of the people.
The Chief Minister said his key mantra was to ensure that the benefit of various welfare schemes reach every eligible beneficiary.
He said people, public representatives and officers should work as a family to ensure prosperity and overall development of the state.
He also gave the assurance that the functioning of the present BJP government in the state would be "different" from the previous governments since the inception of the state in 1966.
Khattar, who was on his first visit here after assuming the office of Chief Minister last month, thanked the people for bringing the BJP to power with full majority for the first time in Haryana's history.
