Actor Colin Hanks and Beverly D'Angelo will guest star in hit sitcom 'Mom'.
The duo will appear in separate episodes of the CBS sitcom and both instalments will air next year, reported Entertainment Weekly.
D'Angelo will play the ex-wife of Christy Plunkett's (Anna Faris) father Alvin Biletnikoff (Kevin Pollak).
Hanks's guest appearance sees him playing a love interest for Christy, whose plan for their first date goes horribly wrong.
The actor has most recently been seen in the Emmy-winning FX drama series 'Fargo' as Officer Gus Grimly. He has also had memorable roles in 'Dexter' and 'Mad Men'.
'Mom' returns to CBS in the US on October 30.
