The Committee, consisting senior officers from the Delhi government and the Delhi police, held a joint-meeting around three days back to review petty cases registered against politicians.
Sources said that in the meeting, it was decided to recommend to withdraw petty cases involving Kejriwal, Sisodia, Kapil Mishra, BJP MP Parvez Sahib Singh Verma, BJP leader Vijendra Gupta, Congress leader Mukesh Kumar Sharma and others.
Around 35 petty cases will be recommended for withdrawal by the committee.
"Such cases can be withdrew as these belong to minor offences," sources also said.
