The protesters, led by former Delhi Assembly Speaker and Congress leader Prem Singh, raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal.
Congressmen assembled near Khanpur Chowk this morning and blocked the roads, causing traffic jam for more than an hour.
Addressing the party workers, Singh accused the Modi-led government of failing to check price rise and said the people of Delhi were experiencing "very bad days" instead of the 'acche din' promised to them by BJP.
Congress party would never support AAP again, he added.
