Conservancy worker shot

A conservancy worker
was shot dead by unidentified persons at Bhatpara in North 24 Parganas district today.
Commissioner of Police, Barrackpore Commissionerate, Niroj Singh said four assailants shot dead Amar Hari (23) early today.
Hari was gunned down near a construction site.
Though police were yet to find motives behind the shootout, Hari was involved in a money lending business in the area, the official said.
