Conwoman dupes two men; flees with booty over Rs 4 lakh

A conwoman allegedly duped two men into marrying her after which she fled with jewels worth Rs 4.65 lakhs, police said today.
The alleged accused--Mitali Kulkarni--and her parents have been booked in connection with the case after a complaint was lodged and a FIR registered with the Bazarpeth police station of Kalyan last night.
The accused have been booked under sections 494, 420, 380 rw 34 of the IPC but no arrests have been made so far and search is on to nab her, police said.
According to the complainant, a gym instructor, the accused married him in April 2014 and lived with him till January 2015.
Later, she married one Mandar Apte of Dombivili even as the first husband was alive and looted over Rs 4 lakh cash and jewellery from them.
The complaint stated that both the men had been cheated by the woman.
The parents --Aruna Hemant Kulkarni and Hemant Kulkarni have been made co-accused in the case.
