As the Corps will embark on the 104th year of its glorious journey, the proceedings will be initiated by a wreath laying ceremony at Amar Jawan Jyoti, in memory of martyr signalers, to pay homage for their supreme sacrifice, an official statement said today.
In keeping with tradition, 'Barakhana' will be organised for serving and retired JCOs/OR and their families in addition to voluntary blood donation, various sports, adventure, band display and cultural activities across the country.
Raised in 1911, the Corps of Signals operates in the cutting edge of ICTEC (Information, Communication, Technology, Electronic and Cyber).
