The anti-corruption special court rejected an application today, which was filed against Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister Archana Chitnis and principal secretary B R Nayudu.
The Special Judge R P S Chouhan said in his order that after a full investigation, he did not find any basis for a complaint against Chitnis and Nayudu.
He also said that both were government servants against whom permission for prosecution had not been received so far.
The application against the two was filed on January 11 this year by Congress MLA Govind Singh, who had claimed that there was corruption in the purchase of black boards.
