"The Communist Party of India condemns the killing of 5 civilians and injuring many others, by Pak army violating ceasefire agreements. It is unfortunate that ceasefire violations are taking place more frequently by Pakistan. The news of fresh attacks on 40 BSF posts overnight is alarming.
"It is inhuman to resort to firing and killing innocent people by Pakistan military while Jammu and Kashmir is just reeling under the unprecedented floods affecting 50 lakh people. CPI demands to stop shelling by Pakistan military and respect ceasefire," the party said in a statement.
"The oil companies who use to increase the prices of petrol, diesel and gas immediately, whenever international prices increased. But when international prices decrease they do not decrease the prices pro-rata," the party said in a statement.
