Criminal on bail arrested for murder of govt employee

A dreaded criminal out of jail on bail and another man has been arrested here in connection with the murder of a government employee in Nangal Jesa Bohra area of the city, a senior police official said.
Criminal Mukesh Goswami and Rohit Singh were arrested from a colony near Nangal Jesa Bhora area yesterday, DCP Kailash Chand Vishnoi said.
30-year-old Mukesh Gujjar, who worked with the Civil Defence Department, was shot dead by six persons near his house on Thursday night after a verbal spat with him, according to police.
Gujjar had a long-time dispute with the accused, they had said.

"Goswami is an accused in 14 cases of murder, loot, kidnapping and others. He was under judicial custody and was granted bail around seven months back," Vishnoi said.
He said efforts are on to nab the other absconding accused.
