Dairy producing synthetic milk raided in MP

A dairy farm allegedly involved in synthetic (adulterated) milk production was raided at a village in the district, police said.
Acting on a tip off, police and revenue department officials raided the dairy farm run by one Sonaram Jatav at Kodera village in Kolaras tehsil of the district and seized ingredient used in production of synthetic milk, Sub- Divisional Officer of Police (SDPO), D Sonkiya said.
He said that the dairy was producing 6,000 to 8,000 synthetic milk daily.
Jatav has been booked and efforts are on to arrest him, he said, adding, further investigations are underway.
