Last year in December, Dassault had announced plans to acquire a stake in the Munich-based RTT, which will include its software division and other solutions and its marketing consulting services.
Dassault Systemes in a statement announced "the completion of the acquisition of an 84 per cent controlling interest in RTT, initially announced on December 5, 2013, for approximately 151 million Euro."
The acquisition also includes RTT subsidiary Bunkspeed, which provides powerful and intuitive rendering software, it added.
RTT's customers includes Hugo Boss, Adidas, Airbus, Audi, BMW, Daimler, Electrolux, Eurocopter, Ferrari, General Motors, Harley-Davidson, Nissan, Porsche, Toyota, Volkswagen, etc, Dassault added.
