The "Partridge Family" star, 63, was taken into custody by the Schodak Police department and arrested on Wednesday for felony DWI and failure to dim his headlights, reported Radar online.
He was arraigned and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of USD 2,500 bail, which he later paid and released.
This is not his first run-in with the law, the "Celebrity Apprentice" star was arrested in 2010 for DUI and driving with an open container. His license was suspended for six months and he spent a year on probation.
