Faustino, who played Bud on the hit sitcom, said the long-rumoured follow-up to the show is still in the works, reported Entertainment Weekly.
"Sony has it. They're excited about it. They're working out some legal issues that we hope they work out," he said.
Faustino however said the pilot in the spin-off could serve as a reunion for the original Bundy clan.
"The whole cast, including Christina, is down to do little bits in it. The idea would be a pilot for a spin-off. That's all I can say right now. It involves me and few other people."
"Married... With Children" featured a dysfunctional family living in a fictional Chicago suburb and aired for 11 seasons, ending on June 9, 1997.
