'Decisive steps forward' in Brexit talks: UK's Davis

Britain and the EU have made "decisive steps forward" in unlocking Brexit talks, British negotiator David Davis said today after the fourth round of discussions in Brussels.
"Thanks to the constructive and determined manner in which both sides have conducted these negotiations I believe we are making decisive steps forward," Davis told a news conference alongside EU counterpart Michel Barnier.
