Bharke, accompanied by Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, was addressing Army and para military personnel, government officials and people's representatives at a meeting in Tawang bordering China.
The visit of two union ministers to the state bears significance after the reported incursion of Chinese Army into the state's territory earlier this month.
Terming Arunachal Pradesh as an integral part of India, Bharke reiterated the commitment of the Centre towards the state, officials said from Tawang.
Rijiju, an MP from Arunachal Pradesh, introspected on the need of policy changes with regard to road construction.
Regarding to the traffic movement Rijiju requested the agencies concerned to act in coordination so as to ensure convenience to the people.
