Delhi Police constable stabbed by juvenile

A 25-year-old constable of Delhi Police was allegedly stabbed by a juvenile in central Delhi's Patel Nagar area, the police said.
The constable, Jitendra Tomar, was attacked by the juvenile in the wee hours on March 29. Tomar managed to catch him despite being injured and alerted the control room, they said.
He is currently recuperating at BL Kapur Hospital.
Five persons, including the juvenile, were roaming the area with the intention of committing a robbery. The constable questioned them but they ran in separate directions while the juvenile was caught.
The juvenile then stabbed the constable but was apprehended.
