"Voice has to be heard, hands have to be waived and the votes have to be cast, point of view has to be expressed. There will be disagreements, differences. There will be contrasts and there will be conflicts, but at the end of the day as we all hear, democracy is the best answer.
"It (democracy) may not be the right answer, but it is the best answer that we can get and we take comfort from the fact that we may get the wrong answer from time to time but overall we get more right answers than any other system can give," said Khurshid.
The Union minister was speaking at an event here organised to screen five short films produced by Anurag Kashyap Films Pvt Ltd for 'India is' a global video competition for 2012.
