Divisional Railway Engineer arrested for demanding bribe
The CBI sleuths raided the office of Divisional Engineer P N Jha and arrested him yesterday, Mughalsarai Divisional Railway Manager Anup Kumar said.
The investigating agency also carried out searches at his house and later interrogated Jha at his office for nearly two hours, Kumar said.
The CBI had received a complaint from a local contractor that Jha was demanding a bribe from him.
