Doctor, son remanded in police custody in PMT scam

A doctor and his son, arrested by the Madhya Pradesh police's Special Task Force (STF) in the Pre-Medical Test (PMT) scam, were today produced in a local court which remanded them in police custody till December 20.
The duo were identified as Dr Tilakraj Juryani and his son Akshay.
According to STF, Dr Juryani paid Rs 28 lakh for getting his son admitted in R D Gardi Medical College, Ujjain, through the racket run by Sudhir Rai gang.
