Doordarshan officer named press academy's ex-officio member

Indian Information Service (IIS) officer Shujath Ali has been appointed as ex-officio member of Press Academy of Telangana.
Ali is currently Deputy Director (News) at Doordarshan Kendra in Hyderabad, an official release said here today.
The academy has been set up with the stated objective of promoting highest standards and ethics in journalism.
